🔍 About this sample. Not a fictional demo: every finding below is real, pulled from live websites and generalized so no client is identifiable. This page is a simplified sample of the reporting experience, not a full engagement. Every real client gets a private folder with its own full issue tracker (some plans add a request tracker too), plus a high-level report like this one summarizing what matters most.
| Severity | Count | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 🔴 Critical | 0 | Blocks a core task or loses revenue. Fix now. |
| 🟠 High | 2 | Major friction or broken on common setups. High priority fix. |
| 🟡 Medium | 1 | Noticeable issue with a workaround. Fix soon. |
| 🔵 Low | 1 | Polish, consistency, minor UX. Fix when convenient. |
Each audit gets an issue tracker to break down and highlight the testing findings. This tracker will live in the client portal as it’s own page so that is easy to use and access, and can handle large numbers of issues without getting too cluttered. For now, we have a simplified version of the tracker in this audit report directly.
Each row below is a real, generalized finding: what happens, why it matters, the fix, and its severity. Open a row by hovering on the issue summary for the full write-up, plus a screenshot or Loom recording and walkthrough.
A very simplified version of a triage that every client gets:
This is a small sample of what you get with every Outboard QA audit: a severity-ranked report, a live issue tracker, and a breakdown of every issue, tested by hand.
